A platform linking locals
Facilitates mobility for all, and offers independent and flexible travel opportunities for everyone in German rural areas. Leveraging the benefits of transparency, enabling effortless, secure, and regular ride access, while improving ride-sharing choices and simplifying transportation coordination. Rural-areas lack of public transportation. Dependency on direct friends and family is common for people without a car or driver's license in rural areas. Ridesharing options are frequently disregarded due to safety concerns, uncertainty, limited accessibility, and inadequate return trip possibilities.

Field Research
To explore critical issues of ride sharing we went outside the town. Feeling uncomfortable and uncertain, the service addresses the uncertainty of getting a ride, visibility and safety of rides.

A terminal at the stop those who can not access a phone, such as spontaneous traveler's and elderly people. It provides the the option to login, request a ride and to get an overview of rides.
Using already existing bus-stop infrastructure. A sign-system can provide additional visibility for spontaneous ride sharing and travel plans.
