A Concept for a global donation system by integrating donations with everyday transactions

Introduction
During this invention design project, we create a proposal on how donations can be implemented in a payment service to support access to the necessary medical treatment.
Problem
Limited access to necessary healthcare create obstacles for people in need of medical treatment, with serious consequences for individuals and society.
Solution
By linking everyday transactions and donations within payment services, affected individuals are able to receive the financial resources they need directly from donors via their smartphones without delay.
The approach opens up the possibility of making aid more efficient and less bureaucratic. The main goal is to raise awareness of the problem of inadequate health care and to promote exchange about possible solutions.
Background
In 2020, people made roughly 42.1 million PayPal transactions per day. We conducted extensive research on passive and active donations, extrinsic motivation, market research, and money flow.
